I thought we were doomed to another night of boring broiled fish. Boy was I wrong! We put some Mango Peach Chile Sauce on our halibut and turned it into a gourmet meal. It was so yummy even my 5-year-old ate it. We're going to try it on pork chops next.

My wife and I both really enjoyed this EVOO and plan to purchase more in the future. As the product states it does have a 'grassy' taste to it and that's part of what we loved about it. Dont let that put you off. Its wonderful for using as a base for dipping bread, etc. Quite good!

Make the salads as rich as you want with tasty ingredients -- we like avocadoes in ours, providing healthy monosaturated fat, or a dollop of virgin olive oil -- and save calories BIG TIME with these delicious dressings. Any of them will also make a wonderful dressing for cole slaw and broccoli slaw, although WF also has a very good Cole Slaw flavor. And the kids love them as dips for fresh veggies.
