I recently bought an Urbani 3-pack of oils to sample. It had this Black Truffle Oil, White Truffle Oil and Porcini Mushroom Oil. The Porcini didn't do much for me. It was too subtle. I did not like the White Truffle Oil at all. But the Black Winter Truffle Oil is awesome. It has a very strong earthy smell. I used it in a Gruyere cheese sauce over macaroni. It was too die for.

I bought this Olive Oil based on a recommendation from a friend. It was well worth the expense. I have spent a considerable amount of money trying to find an olive oil I enjoy, finally I don't need to search any longer. I use it all the time for salads, dippings, and sauteeing foods. If you prefer an olive oil with a smooth, rich, and bold taste this is the olive oil for you. It is well worth money if you are particular like myself about olive oil.
